Innovation is one of those line items that can be hard to wrap our heads around. There’s no formula or silver bullet to determine how much to spend, so we annually face that Goldilocks conundrum of determining what’s too little, what’s too much and what’s just right.

I’m honored to have the opportunity to serve as the next executive director of MIB. It’s a tremendous privilege and responsibility, and I’m looking forward to the new role and the opportunities it will provide.

I hope you all have enjoyed this fabulous Montana summer! By the time you read this, the weather may have changed, but I am writing it at the end of July after enjoying some of the best Montana weather I can remember for a summer.
