Montana’s independent bankers gathered in Butte on July 22-24 for a convention that combined timely educational sessions, networking and recreational opportunities. Attendees gained valuable insights on topics ranging from banking innovation and interest rate risk management to artificial intelligence and the state’s economic outlook. Bankers also enjoyed opportunities to unwind and connect with colleagues, including the annual golf tournament, trap shoot and Vendors’ Night cocktail reception. The President’s Banquet featured remarks from ICBA Vice Chairman Shon Myers and a fascinating evening of Butte history with local historian Chris Fisk.
MIB extends its sincere thanks to every member, speaker, organizer and sponsor who helped make this year’s convention a success, as well as everyone who took the time to attend and celebrate Montana independent banking.
