On March 9, 2018, in accordance with Federal Housing Finance Agency Regulations, the board of directors elected Mr. Kesler to serve the remaining two years of the four-year Montana member director term that became vacant on December 31, 2017. This termwill expire on December 31, 2019. Mr Kesler serves as a director of First Montana Bank in Missoula, Montana, FHFA #11587, and served as president and CEO from 2005 to February 2018. He has a 40-year career in banking that began in 1978 as a national bank examiner with the Office of Comptroller of the Currency. He has held positions in executive leadership since 1991, and served as CEO and regional president of Old National Bank from 1999 to 2005. Mr Kesler has served as director of several business development corporations and state banking trade associations. He will serve on the Human Resources and Compensation and Finance and Planning committees of the Board in 2018. The FHLB Des Moines board of directors is comprised of bothmem- ber and independent directorships fromAlaska, Hawaii, Idaho, Minne- sota, Missouri, Montana, North Dakota, Oregon, South Dakota, Utah, Washington, Wyoming, the U.S. Pacific territories of America Samoa and Guam and the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands. A .J. King and Gina Cano exchanged marriage vows on Decem- ber 23, 2017. The ceremony was performed in the St. Richards Catholic Church in Columbia Falls, Montana. A celebration of the union, for family and guests, followed with a reception at Rivals Sports Bar in Kailspell. Annie King, daughter of A.J., stood for him and Torrie Cano, Gina’s niece, stood for her. Gina Cano is retired United States Army Chief Warrant OfficerW3, MP/CID. Chief Cano had an illustrious and decorated career spanning more than 20 years. A.J. King, following a family professional tradition, is President of Three Rivers Bank of Montana. His career in banking is not complete, and he continues to service the banking needs of the community of Kalispell. A.J. and Gina have known each other since the seventh grade and graduated together from Flathead High School. Their marriage has brought together a blended family of five dogs. Gretchen began her career as a CPA for Ernst andYoung. As an auditor, she gained valuable experience working with banks, particularly in the special credits area. Subsequent to that management and financial tran- sitions for privately held companies. Gretchen's financial background, leadership capabilities, and great enthusiasm for PCBS have helped to keep us fresh and forward thinking since she became Chief Operating Officer in 2013, and President in 2006. When I became involved with PCBS 40 years ago, I could not have imagined the incredible experiences, memories, and relationships that awaited me. It has been my great pleasure to serve as the CEO of such a fine institution. I look forward to celebrating Gretchen's many accom- plishments as CEO, and I am confident that her leadership will benefit not only current PCBS students and alumni, but also future generations of leaders in the banking and financial services industry.
