The Community Bankers for Compliance Program The CBC Program, presented by Young & Associates and sponsored by MIB, is the most successful and longest running compliance training program in the country . it has received This program provides your bank with up-to- - in-bank compliance program. It also provides a forum where your sta ff can discuss issues and exchange ideas with other community bankers. The CBC Program is designed to grant membership to banks, not individual bank employees. This enables you to send your bank’s compliance o ffi cer or appropriate enhance your s taff ’s training. Included in program membership:  live regulatory seminars. The seminars will run from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.  Hookup for one (1) delegate to the quarterly regulatory update webcasts.
