Pioneer Federal Supplies Funding for New Rigging and Curtains at Rialto Theatre: For several years, the Rialto Community Theatre in Deer Lodge has been working to find a way to make stage op- erations work more efficiently and to hide the double back doors and other distracting features from the audience during live events. Over the past two weeks, these issues have been resolved thanks to a generous $33,275 dona- tion from the Pioneer Federal Community Foundation, Inc. Since a devastating 2006 fire at the Rialto Theatre, Pioneer Federal Savings and Loan of Deer Lodge and Dillon and its charitable Foundation have combined contributions of over $142,000 towards the rebuilding and improvements. This total does not include the financial support Pioneer Federal supplied to the Rialto Theatre prior to the 2006 fire. Pioneer Federal Purchas- es a Scoreboard: When the Dillon Cubs American Legion baseball program outgrew their long time field on prop- erty owned by the UM-West- ern located within the heart of Dillon, a plan was put into place to build a new top-notch facility at one of the Dillon City Park complexes. Thanks to the efforts of many over the past two years, a quality field and facility are now in use for this successful program. Pioneer Federal Savings and Loan As- sociation proudly purchased a modern, high tech scoreboard for the new Dillon Cubs Ameri- can Legion Baseball facility. Phil Willet Joins Pioneer Federal: Phil Willett has joined Pioneer Federal Savings and Loan Association as Executive Vice President. A native of Ennis and a graduate of the UM-Western in Dillon, Phil began his banking career spending eight years with State Bank of Dillon (now Bank of Commerce), before moving to Bozeman with Mountain West Bank.
