11 Spring 2016 The Community Banker M ichele Boschee has been with Three Rivers Bank for 8 ½ years! She is their Loan Operations Officer, and enjoys working there because every day holds something new. She is married to Jerry, and they have 3 chil- dren, Lexy, Cain and Zoee. They also have an English Setter named Teva. Michele grew up on a dairy farm in Perham, MN. She went to North Dakota State University and graduated with degrees in Fashion Merchandis- ing and Business Administra- tion, and a minor in coaching. Michele enjoys her involve- ment in Highlander Track. In her free time she loves quilting, embroidery, scrapbooking, and following her kid’s sports. When asked what she loves about living in the valley, she said the mountains and all the outdoor activities like hiking or playing on a lake somewhere. MICHELE BOSCHEE CELEBRATES 8.5 YEARS AT THREE RIVERS BANK FIRST SECURITY BANK HOLDS ANNUAL SHAREHOLDER’S MEETING T he annual shareholder’s meeting of Inter Moun- tain Bancorp., Inc., parent company of First Security Bank, headquartered in Bozeman, and Teton Banks, headquar- tered in Fairfield, was held on Tuesday, February 16, 2016. Inter Mountain Bancorp., Inc. elected Robert Kamp as Chair- man, Bruce Gerlach as Presi- dent/CEO, Steve Wheeler as Vice President, Val Abraham as Secretary, and Dennis Bechtold as Treasurer. Tom Milesnick, Jack Rochford, Mike Johnson, and Dana Dogterom also con- tinue as board members for the holding company. First Security Bank Directors elected for 2016 were: Tom Milesnick as Chair, Lynda White as Vice Chair, and Dennis Bech- told as Secretary; and Larry Bowman, Kevin Cook, Dana Dogterom, Bruce Gerlach, Mike Johnson, Robert Kamp, Wayne Neil Jr., and Steve Wheeler. The Bank’s Board of Directors appointed bank executive offi - cers: Steve Wheeler as President/ CEO; Jeff Koski, Chief Credit Officer; Dennis Bechtold, Chief Financial Officer; and Warren Bauder, Chief Technology Officer. In addition, Kalli Ryti was appointed Chief Lending Officer. Kalli joined the bank in December as Executive Vice President. She brings over 20 years of banking experience to her new position. A locally-owned and operat- ed bank, First Security Bank is the market share leader in the Gallatin Valley and has been serving the region since 1919. The bank has seven branches in Gallatin County and one in Chouteau County.
